The Swedish Golf Tour Final, currently known as the Ahlsell Final for sponsorhip reason, is a women's professional golf tournament on the Swedish Golf Tour, held as the final event of the season. The tournament was first played annually from 1997 to 2007 in September or October with Telia as the sponsor, the final installment of which was held at the newly opened Hills Golf Club near Gothenburg. The event was discontinued after the tour changed its title sponsor from Telia to SAS in 2008, but revived when Nordea became the main sponsor in 2011. Hörby
Hörby () (old da, Hørby) is a locality and the seat of Hörby Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden with 15 631 inhabitants in 2019. 6 km (3.7 mi) south-east of the center of Hörby is at least since 1959 the location of a radio and TV transmitter. Bokskogen Golf Club (Bokskogens Golfklubb; Bokskogens GK) is a 36-hole golf club located 15 km southeast of Malmö in Skåne County, southern Sweden. It has hosted two tournaments on the European Tour. History The club has two 18-hole courses, the original parkland ''Old Course'' laid out on the shores of Lake Yddingen designed by Anders Amilon, and the ''King's Course'', a heathland course finished in 1990 and designed by Douglas Brasier and Bengt Lorichs. Lynn Carlsson (born 7 May 1994) is a retired Swedish professional golfer. She last played on the Ladies European Tour 2015–2019 and finished runner-up at the 2019 Women's NSW Open. Career Carlsson grew up in Varberg and graduated 2013 from one of the two Swedish National Golf High Schools in south of Sweden before she became a professional golfer the same year and attended one of Sweden's national the Scandinavian School of Golf in Halmstad. Emma Nilsson (born 8 March 1994) is a Swedish professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour. She was runner-up at the 2020 South African Women's Open. Family and early life Nilsson was born in Kristianstad 1994. Her sister Sarah Nilsson, born in 1997, is also a professional golfer and was a Ladies European Tour rookie in 2017. Amateur career As an amateur Nilsson won the Swedish Junior Strokeplay Championship in 2008, and finished 3rd at the Swedish Junior Matchplay Championship in 2011. Jenny Haglund (born 26 June 1993) is a Swedish professional golfer who has played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and the LPGA Tour. Career Haglund played college golf at Southern Methodist University before she graduated with a degree in Sports Management and Communications in 2016 and turned professional on June 2. Ljunghusen Golf Club is a links golf club located in Höllviken, Skåne County in Sweden. It has hosted the PLM Open on the European Tour. History The club is located on Sweden's southern tip, along the Baltic Sea. Its first six holes were built in 1932 and by 1965 the club was the first in Scandinavia to feature 27 holes. Sarah Nilsson
Sarah Nilsson (born 24 July 1997) is a Swedish professional golfer. She won the Swedish Golf Tour Order of Merit in 2017 was a Ladies European Tour (LET) rookie in 2018. Personal life Nilsson's sister Emma (three years older) is also a professional golfer on the Ladies European Tour. Both sisters played in the inaugural Saint-Malo Golf Mixed Open in 2019, the first professional event to see female and male golfers from two tours play for the same trophy, with their parents caddying for them.
