Ted Johnson
Ted Curtis Johnson (born December 4, 1972) is a former American football player in the National Football League (NFL). He grew up in Carlsbad, California where he graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1991. From there he attended the University of Colorado and was drafted by the Patriots in the second round of the 1995 NFL Draft with the 57th overall selection. Playing career In his ten-year professional career, Johnson played in 125 regular season games and recorded 763 tackles, 11.5 sacks, one interception, 16 passes defensed, six forced fumbles, and seven fumble recoveries. He was noted for his ability to generate many tackles and for his smart play at the linebacker position. Edward Johnson (lawyer)
J. Edward "Ted" Johnson is the Canadian chair of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation. He is a former lawyer, civil servant and an Officer of the Order of Canada. Education Johnson has an undergraduate degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Canada. After graduating he studied at Sciences Po in Paris, before studying law at McGill University, before switching to Queen's University at Kingston. He graduated Queen's University in 1976. Career As a newly graduated lawyer, he articled at the Department of Justice before working for Justice Minister Ron Basford, Jean Chretien when he was Finance Minister and then as the Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. Ted Johnson was a Swedish-American violinist, who led a popular Scandinavian dance band in the Twin Cities during the 1930s and 1940s. Biography Born in 1903 to parents from the Swedish province of Skåne, Johnson grew up in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis, where Scandinavian music was frequently heard in the lodges and meeting halls. Ted Johnson (politician)
Stephen Edward Ingram Johnson (17 February 1909 – 2002) was an Australian politician. Born in Derbyshire to Stephen Henry Johnson, a schoolteacher, and Barbara Foster-Barham, Johnson and his family migrated to Fremantle in 1912. Johnson worked in various temporary jobs before becoming a bank officer. He enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force in 1941 and served with the 44th Battalion and 35th Training Battalion. He was promoted lieutenant in October and discharged in July 1946. On 4 December 1937 he married Winifred Mabel McNaughton in South Perth; she died on 3 April 1975, and Johnson married Edna Pockrass on 14 February 1976. Pearl Lavinia Carr (2 November 1921 – 16 February 2020) and Edward Victor "Teddy" Johnson (4 September 1919 – 6 June 2018) were English husband-and-wife entertainers who gained their highest profile during the 1950s and early 1960s.
