Team Illuminate (men's Team)
Team Illuminate is an American UCI Continental cycling team established in 2014. Team history Team Illuminate grew out of the 2015 Airgas–Safeway team that included 2013 Vuelta a España winner Chris Horner. The team launched the 2016 season with success at the 2.1 rated Tour of Taiwan. Later in the season the team became the first US team to compete in Iran, where US rider Connor McCutcheon captured a stage win and wore the yellow jersey in the 2.1 rated Tour of Iran. In December 2016, the organisation announced that it was adding a UCI Women's Team for the 2017 season. Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on Road surface, paved roads. Vuelta A Colombia
The Vuelta a Colombia (Spanish for ''Tour of Colombia'') is an annual cycling road race, run over many stages throughout different regions in Colombia and sometimes Venezuela and Ecuador during the first days of August. It is organized by the Colombian Cycling Federation, and was previously included in the UCI America Tour. History The first Vuelta a Colombia was held in 1951 as an idea of Englishman Donald W. Raskin and a few of his friends, emulating the European Tour de France. It was a 1,233 kilometers race which was divided in 10 stages which included three rest days. Thirty-five cyclists lined up for the race and of which thirty finished the race. The first champion of the Vuelta was Efraín Forero Triviño who won seven stages of the race. For the second edition, the race was increased in stages to 13 and was around 1,670 km in length. It was held from the 12 to the 27 or 28 January 1952. Tour d'Azerbaïdjan was a 2.1 multi-stage bicycle race of the UCI Europe Tour, which took place in Azerbaijan around May between 2012 and 2017. Each day, participants started on a new phase of the race. The race was held in 7 regions of Azerbaijan and finished in the capital, Baku.
