Tawag Ng Tanghalan (season 2)
The second season of ''Tawag ng Tanghalan'' was an amateur singing competition currently aired as a segment of the noontime show ''It's Showtime (Philippine TV program), It's Showtime'' from June 12, 2017 to June 2, 2018. All juries from the previous season reprise their jury duties, except for Bobot Mortiz. Gary Valenciano was added as a new judge for the second season. __TOC__ Hosts and judges Rey Valera returned as the head coach for the second season, with Louie Ocampo, Jaya (singer), Jaya, Ogie Alcasid, Yeng Constantino serving as fill-in for Valera. Rey Valera
Reynaldo Valera Guardiano, better known as Rey Valera (born 4 May 1954), is a Filipino singer, songwriter, music director, film scorer and television host. He wrote and produced songs that were recorded by various singers, most notably Sharon Cuneta. He was a judge of the singing contest ''Sing Galing!''. He was a former head judge of the singing contest segment "Tawag ng Tanghalan" in a variety noontime show '' It's Showtime''. He is the cousin of former Abra Governor Vicente P. Valera. Vhong Navarro
Ferdinand Hipolito Navarro (born January 4, 1977), known professionally as Vhong Navarro, is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, recording artist and television host. He is a regular host on ABS-CBN's noontime variety show '' It's Showtime''. He is also part of the dance group Streetboys alongside fellow ''It's Showtime'' host Jhong Hilario. The Aliw Theater is an events venue in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located in the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, adjacent to the Star City amusement park and the Manila Broadcasting Company.
