Captain Howdy was an alternative rock band formed by Mark Kramer and Penn Jillette that existed between 1992 and 1997. The group disbanded in 1997 when Penn relocated to Las Vegas. Mastering, a form of audio post production, is the process of preparing and transferring recorded audio from a source containing the final mix to a data storage device (the master), the source from which all copies will be produced (via methods such as pressing, duplication or replication). William Richard Werstine (born April 16, 1952), known professionally as Billy West, is an American voice actor.
