Pat Tabler
Patrick Sean Tabler (born February 2, 1958) is an American former Major League Baseball player. After retiring professional baseball, he became a color analyst for the Toronto Blue Jays on the Canadian sports television networks TSN and Sportsnet. Playing career Tabler graduated from St. Mary's Elementary school in Hyde Park Ohio then Archbishop McNicholas High School in Cincinnati. Tabler was a first round draft pick of the New York Yankees (sixteenth overall) in 1976, and entered the organization as an outfielder, but he never reached the majors with the Yankees and on August 19, 1981, he was traded to the Chicago Cubs for players to be named later (the Cubs sent Bill Caudill and Jay Howell to the Yankees in 1982 to complete the transaction). Tablers was an American soccer team which spent four season in the St. Louis Soccer League, from 1927 to 1931. During that time it won three league titles. History In 1927, John Marre purchased Ratican’s, a team which had spent three seasons at the bottom of the league standings, from Harry Ratican Harry Jay Ratican (January 20, 1894 in St. Louis, Missouri – August 22, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri) was a U.S. soccer forward, coach and team owner. Strode-Morrison-Tabler House And Farm
Strode-Morrison-Tabler House and Farm is a historic home located near Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It is a farmhouse of brick, limestone, and wood construction that began in 1752 as a single-story, side-gable, two-bay cottage of rubble limestone that subsequently underwent several additions during the 19th century. These additions include a brick upper story added to the original house and a three-bay, limestone addition constructed about 1830. This limestone addition became the principal section of the house. A wood-frame addition was built along the rear of the house by the end of the 19th century. Also on the property are four sheds / outbuildings (c. 1920–1950), a garage (c. 1930), and barn complex (c. 1752 and later).
