MATRADE Exhibition And Convention Centre
MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre (MECC) ( ms, Pusat Pameran dan Konvensyen MATRADE) is a trade centre, exhibition hall, and convention centre in the suburb of Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. MECC, established by MATRADE (Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation), provides convention facilities, exhibition halls, and meeting rooms. MATRADE has also allocated a permanent exhibition space for 400 local companies at the exhibition hall on the second floor. The centre is also a component of Naza Group of Companies, Naza TTDI’s KL Metropolis development which is expected to be fully completed within 12 to 15 years time. Richard Pugoy Gonzales (born March 31, 1971) is a Filipino table tennis player and the No. 1 ranked player in the Philippines as of January 2014. Career Gonzales is a multiple medalist at the Southeast Asian Games in Table Tennis, winning Silver both at the Table tennis at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games, 2005 and the recently concluded Table tennis at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games – Men's singles, 2015 edition, and bronze at the Table tennis at the 2009 Southeast Asian Games, 2009 and Table tennis at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games, 2013 editions all in Men's Singles Event. Lin Ye (, born 1 February 1996) is a Chinese-born Singaporean table tennis player. Born in China, Lin started playing table tennis at the age of 8. She later moved to Singapore where she obtained citizenship in 2013 via the Foreign Sports Talent Scheme. Lin was named the Young Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014. Lin won a team gold and singles bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Yu Mengyu
Yu Mengyu (; born 18 August 1989) is a retired Chinese-born Singaporean table tennis player. Born in Liaoning, China, Yu left China in 2006 at the age of 17 to join the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA). She was part of the team that won the 2010 World Team Table Tennis Championships in Moscow, Russia. She represented Singapore in the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics (Team & Singles). Yu retired from the national team on 22 March 2022. The Tokyo Olympics was her final international tournament. Early life Yu was born and raised in Liaoning.
