Sōma, Aomori
was a village located in Nakatsugaru District in southern Aomori Prefecture, Japan. Sōma was located in southern Tsugaru Peninsula, on the border of Akita Prefecture. The area was part of Hirosaki Domain during the Edo period. After the Meiji Restoration, Sōma Village was created in 1889. On February 1, 2006, Sōma, along with the neighboring town of Iwaki (also from Nakatsugaru District), was merged into the expanded city of Hirosaki, and thus no longer exists as an independent municipality. Sōma Station
is a railway station in the city of Sōma, Fukushima, Japan, operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East). Lines Sōma Station is served by the Jōban Line, and is located 307.0 km from the official starting point of the line at in Tokyo. Station layout The station has two opposed side platforms connected to the station building by a footbridge. However, at present platform 2 is not in use. Midori-no-madoguchi closed on March 17, 2023. Platforms History The station first opened as on 10 November 1897. It was renamed Sōma Station on 20 March 1961. The station was closed after the 11 March 2011 Tōhoku earthquake, with services resuming on 21 December only as far as Haranomachi Station. is a fictional character and the protagonist of Konami's action-adventure games '' Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow'' and '' Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow'', part of Konami's '' Castlevania'' video game series. is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with 81 Produce and Sacra Music. Biography Early life Saito was born on April 22, 1991, in Shōwa, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. He is the eldest of three siblings, with two younger sisters. He started wanting to become a voice actor in high school, inspired by Akira Ishida's role as Koyemshi in ''Bokurano''. Prior to that, he wanted to become a musician or a novel writer. Voice acting career Saito joined the second 81 Produce’s Audition in 2008. Sōma Clan
The was a Japanese samurai clan who ruled the northern Hamadōri region of southern Mutsu Province in the Tōhoku region of northern Japan for over 700 years, from the Kamakura period through the Meiji Restoration of 1868. The Sōma claimed descent from the Taira clan via the Chiba clan and took their name from the Chiba clan territories in Sōma District of northern Shimōsa Province. The clan moved its seat from Shimōsa to Mutsu Province in the early Kamakura period, and were confirmed as ''daimyō'' of Sōma Nakamura Domain under the Edo-period Tokugawa shogunate.
