Sérgio Araújo
Sérgio Araújo de Melo, usually known as Sérgio Araújo (born September 12, 1963 in Timóteo, Minas Gerais), was an association football winger. He is currently a farmer in Brazil. Playing career Having been born and raised in the region of Minas Gerais it was in the famous club Atlético Mineiro that Sérgio Araújo started to show his speed and moves, scoring goals and assisting his teammates. Naturally Sérgio was picked by Brazilian manager to play for his national team, playing his first international match (a friendly) against Uruguay (March 1987). In the following month he scored his first goal for Brazil against Bolivia (2–2 was the final result). His final international match was in December 1987 against West Germany (another friendly). Timóteo
Timóteo is a Brazilian Municipalities of Brazil, municipality in the state of Minas Gerais, located by the Piracicaba River (Minas Gerais), Piracicaba River. The population as of 2020 was 90,568 inhabitants. The city is situated in the metropolitan area of the Steel Valley (Vale do Aço). It is the hometown of Aperam South America (old Acesita), a steel factory specialized in the production of stainless steel, now named Aperam. Operário Futebol Clube, often known as Operário FC or Operário Ltda. is a Brazilian Association football, football team from Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, founded on 8 August 2002. Rashidi Yekini (23 October 1963 – 4 May 2012) was a Nigerian professional footballer who played as a forward. He is all-time top goalscorer for his nation. His professional career, which spanned more than two decades, was mainly associated with Vitória de Setúbal in Portugal, but he also played in six other countries besides his own. Yekini scored 37 goals as a Nigerian international footballer, and represented the nation in seven major tournaments, including two World Cups where he scored the country's first-ever goal in the competition. Copa CONMEBOL
The Copa CONMEBOL ( en, CONMEBOL Cup) was an annual football cup competition organized by CONMEBOL between 1992 and 1999 for South American football clubs. During its time of existence, it was a very prestigious South American club football contest, similar to the UEFA Cup. Clubs qualified for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. Teams that were not able to qualify for the Copa Libertadores would play in this tournament. The tournament was played as a knockout cup. The tournament ended in 1999, following the expansion of the Copa Libertadores to 32 teams. Ricardo Gomes Raymundo (born 13 December 1964) is a Brazilian retired professional footballer and manager. As a player, he played as a central defender, in a 14-year professional career, for Fluminense (six years), Benfica (four) and Paris Saint-Germain (four). Luís Antônio Corrêa da Costa, nicknamed Müller, (born January 31, 1966) is a Brazilian football pundit and retired footballer who played as a second striker.
