Symmetrics Professional Cycling Team () was a Canadian UCI Continental cycling team, active until 2008, focusing on road bicycle racing and title sponsored by Symmetrics, a Canadian-based computer software company. The team is owned by brothers Kevin and Mark Cunningham with assistance from directeur sportif Kevin Field. The Cunninghams are entrepreneurs, owners of multiple businesses and lead sponsors of the team with their respective companies Westlam and Symmetrics. The team won the 2007 UCI America Tour teams classification, while team member Svein Tuft won the UCI America Tour Individual Classification. 2008 roster As of June 20, 2008. Kevin Field
Kevin Field is a New Zealand jazz pianist and composer. Biography Field has a PhD from the University of Auckland. Kevin Field's early career included collaborations with saxophonist Nathan Haines on Haines' albums ''Shift Left, Soundkilla Sessions Vol 1'', and ''Sound Travels''. In 2003 he released his debut album ''Dangerous Curves'' documenting his compositional style within a piano trio context. This was followed by a collaborative album ''Irony'' with Canadian drummer Ron Samsom and German bassist Olivier Holland on the Rattle record label (2009). In between, Field was active as a pianist for other artists including vocalist Whirimako Black whose award winning album ''Sings'' he features on as musical director and pianist. Christian Meier (born February 21, 1985) is a Canadian former racing cyclist who rode professionally between 2005 and 2016 for the , and and teams. Born in Sussex, New Brunswick, Meier is descended from German restaurateurs who settled outside Sussex, Canada and he attended Sussex Regional High School. His brother Michael succumbed to cancer in 2010. He raced for in 2012, competing in the Giro d'Italia in May, with his best showing on Day 11 in 15th place. He rode all three Grand Tours in his career, making a total of five Grand Tour starts, his last being the 2014 Tour de France. He announced his retirement from competition in September 2016, despite having a year to run on his contract with the Orica team. Eric Wohlberg (born January 8, 1965 in Sudbury, Ontario) is a Canadian former professional racing cyclist. He competed for his native country at three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996.
