''Swords of Twilight'' is a 1989 video game developed by Free Fall Associates and published by Electronic Arts for the Amiga. Gameplay ''Swords of Twilight'' is a multi-player role-playing game in which each player character is capable of performing actions, dialogue and travel simultaneously. Reception Douglas Seacat reviewed the game for '' Computer Gaming World'', and stated that "the game wins my vote for CRPG of the year. One simply cannot recommend this game highly enough." Free Fall Associates
Free Fall Associates was a video game developer of the 1980s and early 1990s founded in 1981 by game designer Jon Freeman, game programmer Anne Westfall, and game designer Paul Reiche III. Westfall and Freeman are married. To start the new company, Freeman and Westfall left Epyx, the company Freeman co-founded in 1978. ''Free Fall Associates'' is best known for '' Archon: The Light and the Dark'' (1983), which was one of the first games from new publisher Electronic Arts. Origin Freeman, along with friend Jim Connelley, started Epyx as Automated Simulations as a vehicle to publish a game they had created together called ''Starfleet Orion'' for the Commodore PET home computer. They eventually published dozens of titles for numerous platforms, some very successful. ''Amiga User International'' (or ''AUI'') was a monthly computer magazine published in its later years by AUI Limited, it was the first dedicated Amiga magazine in Europe and in comparison to other Amiga magazines, AUI had a more serious perspective. One of the main features of AUI was the "AUI SuperDisks", which implemented multiple file systems and advanced compression techniques to hold far more data than a standard magazine cover disk. ''.info'' (originally ''INFO=64'' and later ''INFO'') was a computer magazine covering Commodore 8-bit computers and later the Amiga. It was published from 1983 to 1992. History ''INFO=64'' began as a newsletter published by its founder, Benn Dunnington, operating out of a spare bedroom in his home. After a few issues, the entrepreneurial spirit struck and he decided to expand it into a full-fledged magazine. The first few issues of the magazine were published by Dunnington operating as a sole proprietorship in the state of Washington. After a few issues, he moved the company to Iowa, eventually incorporating as ''Info Publications, Inc.''. ''Amiga World'' was a magazine dedicated to the Amiga computer platform. It was a prominent Amiga magazine, particularly in the United States, and was published by Massachusetts-based IDG Publishing from 1985 until April 1995. The first several issues were distributed before the computer was available for sale to the public. Issue 3 (Vol 2 No 1, January 1986) featured the artist Andy Warhol. The headquarters of the magazine later moved to Peterborough, New Hampshire.
