Sweden National Baseball Team
The Sweden national baseball team is the national baseball team of Sweden. The team competes in the bi-annual European Baseball Championship, where Sweden on two occasions has claimed the bronze medal. The team's manager is Jim Sasko. Specifics Ratio and colour scheme The Swedish flag is one of only five that use the ratio 5:8, the others being Argentina, Guatemala, Palau, and Poland. It is one of only four flags that currently use the colour scheme of blue and yellow, the others being Kazakhstan, Palau, and Ukraine. State flag and civil ensign The dimensions of the Swedish flag are 5:2:9 horizontally and ...

The 2005 Baseball World Cup (BWC) was the 36th international Men's amateur baseball tournament. The tournament was sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation, which titled it the Amateur World Series from the 1938 tournament through the 1986 AWS. The tournament was held, for the second time, in the Netherlands, from September 2 to 17. Cuba defeated South Korea in the final, winning its 25th title. There were 18 participating countries, split into two groups, with the first four of each group qualifying for the finals. Games were played in the Dutch cities of Rotterdam, Haarlem, Almere, Amsterdam and Eindhoven.
