The Swedish Olympic Committee (SOC) ( sv, Sveriges Olympiska Kommitté (SOK)) is the Swedish National Olympic Committee (NOC). Rune Emanuelsson
Rune Emanuelsson (8 October 1923 – 21 March 1993) was a Swedish football defender born in Gothenburg. He was nicknamed ''Killing'' (meaning ''kid'', young goat). He was also part of Sweden's squad for the football tournament at the 1948 Summer Olympics, but he did not play in any matches. He won a total of 13 caps for the Sweden national team between 1945 and 1951. He debuted for IFK Göteborg in 1942 and played for the club until 1955 when he retired. He died in 1993. Henry Carlsson
Nils Gustav Henry "Garvis" Carlsson (29 October 1917 – 28 May 1999), was a Swedish professional footballer who played as a forward. He represented AIK, Stade Français, and Atletico Madrid during a club career that spanned between 1939 and 1953. A full international between 1941 and 1949, he won 26 caps for the Sweden national team and was part of the Sweden Olympic team that won the gold medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics. Pär Bengtsson
Pär Bengtsson (21 July 1922 – 23 October 2007) was a Swedish professional footballer who played as a striker. Club career Halmstads BK Bengtsson began playing for his local team, Halmstads BK, who had just been promoted to the Allsvenskan, the highest level of football in Sweden. Although World War II was going on at the time, Sweden was neutral, though playing sports in wartime did mean that the roster had to be rotated more often than normal. Because Halmstad had just been promoted, they struggled in the Allsvenskan, and they never finished higher than 6th (out of 12) before being relegated in 1946. Sune Andersson (footballer, Born 1921)
Sune Isidor "Mona-Lisa" Andersson (22 February 1921 – 29 April 2002) was a Swedish football player and manager. He is best remembered for representing AIK and A.S. Roma during his club career. A full international between 1947 and 1950, he won 28 caps and scored four goals for the Sweden national team. He was part of the Sweden teams that won gold at the 1948 Summer Olympics and finished third at the 1950 FIFA World Cup. Club career Andersason was a versatile midfielder, who would take any position: left, right or center. His only domestic title was the 1949 Svenska Cupen with AIK. His performance at the 1950 World Cup earned him a transfer to A.S. Roma in Serie A, where he played for two seasons and scored 12 goals. He then continued playing and coaching in Sweden until 1971. Hans Wetterström (11 December 1923 – 17 November 1980) was a Swedish sprint canoer.
