Swastika is an unincorporated community in the town of Black Brook, Clinton County, New York, United States. The community is 19 miles southwest of Plattsburgh. Black Brook is a town in Clinton County, New York, United States. The population was 1,497 at the 2010 census. It is named after a stream that flows through the town. Swastika is a junction on the Ontario Northland Railway, where a branch to Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec leaves the ONR's main line from North Bay, Ontario to Moosonee.
