Swarm Of The Snakehead
''Swarm of the Snakehead'' is a 2006 comedy/ horror feature film directed by Frank A. Lama and Joel C. Denning and written by Seth Hurwitz. It is the first feature from producers Lama and Hurwitz's Baltimore-based production company Ten Pound Films. The ensemble cast includes Gunnar Hansen (''The Texas Chain Saw Massacre''), Rigg Kennedy (''Slumber Party Massacre'') and Miss Maryland Teen USA 2006 Jamie O'Brien. ''Swarm of the Snakehead'' was shot on 16 mm film in and around Easton, Maryland between 2002 and 2005. Post-production was completed during the summer of 2006. A rough cut of the film was premiered for friends and family at The Charles Theatre in Baltimore (where John Waters premiered many of his early films) on June 21, 2006. Gunnar Hansen
Gunnar Milton Hansen (March 4, 1947 – November 7, 2015) was an Icelandic-born American actor and author best known for playing the mentally impaired cannibal Leatherface in ''The Texas Chain Saw Massacre'' (1974). Early life Hansen was born in Reykjavík, Iceland, to Icelander Skúli Hansen, a dentist, and Norwegian Sigrid Hansen. He moved to the United States with his mother and brother when he was five years old. He lived in Maine until age eleven, when his family moved to Austin, Texas, where he attended Austin High School and the University of Texas at Austin. He majored in English and mathematics as an undergraduate and then went to graduate school in Scandinavian Studies and English. Career His first job out of high school was as a computer operator before he began theater work during college. He was also a football player during high school and for a while a bar bouncer. Antonino Joseph Sciuto Jr. (born December 30, 1952) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer who has been active since 1965. He was a member of both Little River Band and Player. Sciuto has written songs for the Bay City Rollers, Nick Kamen, B. J. Thomas and Tina Turner amongst others. He has written soundtrack songs for several movies and scored a Top 10 hit in Japan. Early life At the age of eight, Sciuto asked his mother for a guitar and was self-taught from listening to singles and reading music books. Bootcamp (band)
Bootcamp was an American rock band, popular in the early 1980s. Their songs included "Victim" and "Hold On to the Night". They were one of the first artists whose videos were shown on MTV's first day on air. Bootcamp originated in Baltimore, Maryland and had a loyal following there and in New York City, at various times sharing the concert bill with The Tubes, Squeeze, The B-52's and Split Enz. Bootcamp also acted as the support band for New York's R.A Questar, a vocal duo headed by the songwriters Robert Alan and Questar Welsh. Original "Banzai Boy", Tim Camp has been recording and performing as "Slim Man" with the drummer Howie "Hit Man" Zizzi, since Bootcamp disbanded. Charles Frederick Kip Winger (born June 21, 1961) is an American bass guitarist and singer, active as a member of the rock band Winger and as a solo artist. He initially gained notability as a member of Alice Cooper's band, contributing bass and vocals to his '' Constrictor'' and ''Raise Your Fist and Yell'' albums.
