Svetlana Spajić ( sr-cyr, Светлана Спајић, born August 19, 1971 in Loznica, Serbia) is a Serbian traditional singer, performer, pedagogue, cultural activist and translator. Apart from performing Serbian traditional music, she is known for cooperation with world-renowned artists like Marina Abramović and Robert Wilson (director), Robert Wilson. She sang in groups "Paganke", "Moba", "Drina", "New Ritual Group", "Žegar živi", „Belo Platno", "Pjevačka družina Svetlane Spajić" (Svetlana Spajić Group) and other. She is associate with International Cultural Network "Project Rastko" since its founding in 1997, "Radio Svetigora" and other cultural institutions. Loznica
Loznica ( sr-cyrl, Лозница, ) is a List of cities in Serbia, city located in the Mačva District of western Serbia. It lies on the right bank of the Drina river. In 2011 the city had a total population of 19,572, while the administrative area had a population of 79,327. Its name stems from the word "loza" (the Serbian language, Serbian word for ''vine''). Cherifa Kersit ( ar, شريفة كيرسيت; born 1 January 1967) is a Moroccan singer in the genre of Tamawayt. Cherifa sings in Central Atlas Tamazight. Biography Cherifa was born in Tazrout M'oukhbou, in the region of Khenifra in the Middle Atlas mountains of Morocco, in a family of 16 children. As the girls of her age in the region, she never went to school and spend her days in daily duties in the countryside, where she learned traditional singing.
