Svea Logistic Corps
The Svea Logistic Corps ( sv, Svea trängkår, T 1) was a Swedish Army logistic unit operating between 1891 and 1997. The unit was based in Linköping. History The unit has its origins in the Logistic Battalion (''Trängbataljonen'') which was divided in 1891 into two battalions, Svea Logistic Battalion (T 1) and Göta Logistic Battalion (T 2). Svea Logistic Battalion took over the camp that the Logistic Battalion had had at the Higher Artillery School's (''Högre artilleriläroverket'') previous premises in Marieberg in Stockholm. In 1893, the battalion raised the Norrland Logistic Battalion (T 3), which was relocated to Fredrikshov Castle in Östermalm, Stockholm before the battalion was relocated to Sollefteå in 1898. Swedish Armed Forces
The Swedish Armed Forces ( sv, Försvarsmakten, "the Defense Force") is the government agency that forms the armed forces of Sweden, tasked with the defense of the country as well as with promoting Sweden's wider interests, supporting international peacekeeping, and providing humanitarian aid. It consists of the Swedish Army, the Swedish Air Force and the Swedish Navy, as well as a military reserve force, the Home Guard. The coat of arms of the Kingdom of Sweden ( sv, Sveriges riksvapen) has a greater and a lesser version. Regulated usage The usage of the coats of arms is regulated by Swedish Law, Actbr>1970:498 which states (in unofficial translation) that "in commercial activities, the coats of arms, the flag or other official insignia of Sweden may not be used in a trademark or other insignias for products or services without proper authorisation. Lieutenant General Gösta Lilliehöök (19 September 1871 – 22 November 1952) was a Swedish Army officer. His senior commands include commanding officer of the 1st Infantry Brigade, military commander of Upper Norrland and of the Eastern Army Division as well as Commandant General of Stockholm Garrison. Early life Lilliehöök was born on 19 September 1871 in Ovansjö, Gävleborg County, Sweden, the son of major Gustaf "Gösta" Lilliehöök and his wife Gunilla Wærn. He was the brother of colonel Bertil Lilliehöök (1870–1967) and lieutenant general Lennart Lilliehöök (1872–1950). Linköping Municipality (''Linköpings kommun'') is a municipality in Östergötland County in southern Sweden. With more than 165,000 inhabitants, it is the fifth largest municipality in Sweden. Skövde
Skövde () is a locality and urban centre in Skövde Municipality and Västra Götaland County, in the Västergötland (Western Gothland region) in central Southern Sweden. Skövde is situated some 150 km northeast of Gothenburg, between Sweden's two largest lakes, Vänern and Vättern.
