Suzanne Lafont
Suzanne Lafont (born 1949) is a French photographer. Life and career In 1992, she had a solo exhibition titled ''Projects 37: Suzanne Lafont'' at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Her work is included in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Fonds régional d'art contemporain Pays de la Loire and Lorraine, the Museo Reina Sofia, Madrid, among others. She has participated to Documenta IX and Documenta X. Lafont was born in Nîmes. She is represented by Erna Hecey Gallery in Luxembourg. Chantal Pontbriand
Chantal Pontbriand D.F.A. (born 1951) is a Canadian curator and art critic whose work explores globalization and artistic heterogeneity. She has curated international contemporary art events: exhibitions, international festivals and international conferences, primarily in photography, video, performance, dance and multimedia installation. Career Pontbriand, born in Montreal, was the founder-director of '' Parachute,'' a contemporary art magazine that she founded in 1975 and acted as the publisher/editor until 2007, and the FIND (International Festival of New Dance) that she co-founded in 1982 and acted as president and director until 2003. Catherine David (born 1954) is a French art historian, curator and museum director. David was the first woman and the first non-German speaker to curate documenta X in Kassel, Germany (21 June – 28 September 1997). David is currently deputy director of the National Museum of Modern Art (Musée National d'Art Moderne) at the Centre Georges Pompidou. She was born and lives in Paris. Education and work David studied Spanish and Portuguese literature, linguistics and art history at the Université de la Sorbonne and the École du Louvre in Paris.
