Sutter Health is a not-for-profit Integrated delivery system, integrated health delivery system headquartered in Sacramento, California, Sacramento, California. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a type of progressive lung disease characterized by long-term respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation.
