Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
The ''2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development'', adopted by all United Nations members in 2015, created 17 world Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Biodiversity loss includes the worldwide extinction of different species, as well as the local reduction or loss of species in a certain habitat, resulting in a loss of biological diversity.
