Susmit Sen
Susmit Sen is an Indian guitarist formerly part of Indian Ocean, an Indian fusion rock band, which he co-founded with lead vocalist Asheem Chakravarty in 1990. Sen released his first solo album, ''Depths of the Ocean'' in 2011, in the following year, he also started touring with his separate band, ''The Susmit Sen Chronicles'', and eventually left Indian Ocean in 2013 to pursue a solo career. Early life and career Susmit Sen's first guitar was one bought by his father for his elder brother in Mumbai. He had been influenced by his brother's ability to attract attention by playing the guitar. He did his schooling from St. Xavier's School, Delhi in 1981, and graduation from Hansraj College. Bernie Marsden
Bernard John Marsden (born 7 May 1951) is an English rock and blues guitarist. He is primarily known for his work with Whitesnake, having written or co-written with David Coverdale many of the group's hit songs, such as "Fool for Your Loving", "Walking in the Shadow of the Blues", "She's A Woman", "Lovehunter", "Trouble", "Child of Babylon", "Rough and Ready", and the multi-million selling chart-topper "Here I Go Again". ''Peepli Live'' is a 2010 Indian satirical black comedy film that explores the topic of farmer suicides and the subsequent media and political response. ''Black Friday'' is a 2004 Indian Hindi-language crime film written and directed by Anurag Kashyap. Based on '' Black Friday: The True Story of the Bombay Bomb Blasts'', a book by Hussain Zaidi about the 1993 Bombay bombings, it chronicles the events that led to the blasts and the subsequent police investigation. Produced by Arindam Mitra of ''Mid-Day'', the film stars Kay Kay Menon, Aditya Srivastava, Pavan Malhotra, Kishor Kadam and Zakir Hussain. Mitra, director of operations for ''Mid Day'', approached Kashyap with the book and wanted him to write a television series based on it for the ''Aaj Tak'' TV news channel. Jhini
Jhini is the third studio album by the Indian Fusion band Indian Ocean recorded at Kosmic Studios in Varadeipalyam, Andhra Pradesh, in the midst of fields and hills, a hundred kilometres north of Chennai. The first performance of the Jhini track happened at the IIM Lucknow campus. The album was released in May 2003, and the band first video was filmed, and they were MTV Artists of the Month.
