Founded in the summer of 1969, Killamanjaro is a Jamaican reggae sound system, sound system best known for their sound clash, clashes and large amount of classic reggae dubplates. It is owned by Noel "Papa Jaro" Harper and named after Mount Kilimanjaro. The name was changed to "Killamanjaro" after having established a reputation of being a good clash sound. Antoine Dominique Domino Jr. (February 26, 1928 – October 24, 2017), known as Fats Domino, was an American pianist, singer and songwriter. One of the pioneers of rock and roll music, Domino sold more than 65 million records. Born in New Orleans to a French Creole family, Domino signed to Imperial Records in 1949. His first single " The Fat Man" is cited by some historians as the first rock and roll single and the first to sell more than 1 million copies. "Alright" is the first single released from American hip hop duo Kris Kross' second album, '' Da Bomb''. The song was produced and written by Jermaine Dupri and features reggae star, Super Cat on the chorus. Kris Kross was an American hip hop duo that consisted of Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly and Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith. Kris Kross was the youngest hip-hop duo to gain success, with gold and platinum albums at 12 and 13 years old.
