Supari (film)
''Supari'' (), titled ''Supari - Your Time Starts Now'' in the UK, is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language action film directed and produced by Padam Kumar. The film stars Uday Chopra, Rahul Dev, Nandita Das, Purab Kohli, Nauheed Cyrusi and Irrfan Khan. The story is set in the Mumbai underworld, and follows four friends who become contract killers after losing a bet to an underworld figure. Released theatrically on 20 June 2003, it was also the first Hindi-language film to be later distributed online via Kazaa. Although the film was not commercially successful, the performances were praised. Plot Aryan Pandit lives a middle-class lifestyle with his family in Nasik, India, where the entire family depend on his salesman father's earnings. Mushtaq Shiekh
Mushtaq Shiekh is an Indian screenwriter, author, producer and actor. He is mainly known for writing the screenplays of ''Ra.One'', ''Om Shanti Om'' and ''Billu''. Early life Shiekh was born in Maharashtra. He also wrote the script for Priyadarshan's ''Rangrezz''. He authored the biography of Indian actor Shahrukh Khan titled '' Still Reading Khan''. Career Shiekh has written several books about movies in India. During a visit to a book fair of Abu Dhabi, he said "I wish more books were written about movies for people who are genuinely interested in knowing how this art form is made." Mahalakshmi Iyer is an Indian playback singer, best known for her Hindi, Assamese and Tamil songs. Javed Akhtar
Javed Akhtar (born 17 January 1945) is an Indian poet, lyricist, screenwriter and political activist. Known for his work in Hindi cinema, he has won five National Film Awards, and received the Padma Shri in 1999 and the Padma Bhushan in 2007, two of India's highest civilian honours. Akhtar came to recognition in the duo Salim–Javed, and earned his breakthrough as a screenwriter with 1973's ''Zanjeer''.
