Sunway Pyramid is a shopping mall located in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor which was developed by Sunway Group. History The shopping mall was opened in July 1997. It underwent expansions in 2007 and then later again in 2015. Architecture Malaysia's first themed shopping and entertainment mall was constructed and designed in the Egyptian revival architectural style. Bandar Sunway, also known as Sunway City, is a 800-acre integrated township in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This township is named after its developer, Sunway Group, which had also got its name from Sungai Way, a suburb in Selangor. Leisure and Entertainment Sunway Pyramid is a shopping centre opened in July 1997 as Malaysia's first themed shopping and entertainment mall. One of the mall's most easily recognised designs is the Egyptian-inspired Pyramid with a lion "standing guard" at the entrance. Pasar Seni Station
The Pasar Seni station is an integrated rapid transit station in Kuala Lumpur that is served by the Kelana Jaya Line and the Kajang Line. The station is named after the nearby Central Market (known as Pasar Seni or "Art Market" in Malay) and is located near Petaling Street and the area known as the Chinatown of Kuala Lumpur. It is made up of two separate stations - the older elevated Kelana Jaya Line station which opened on 1 September 1998 whilst the newer underground Kajang Line station which was opened on 17 July 2017. A pedestrian bridge and escalators link the paid areas of both stations, allowing commuters to conveniently transfer between the Kelana Jaya Line and the Kajang Line, while two unpaid linkways connects the Pasar Seni station directly with the station, which is served by the KTM Komuter and KTM ETS services. Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd is the largest bus operator in Malaysia operating mainly in urban areas of Klang Valley, Penang & Kuantan. As of August 2022, Rapid KL service brands unit of Rapid Bus, has operates 112 normal routes and also 69 MRT Feeder Bus routes. Rapid Bus routes were previously operated by Intrakota Komposit Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom Berhad; and Cityliner Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Park May Berhad. The Sunway Monorail, alternately SunTrek 2000 was a Malaysian monorail system that operated within the vicinity of Sunway City, Subang Jaya, Selangor, west from the country's capital city, Kuala Lumpur. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport ( ms, Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah), (formerly Subang International Airport/Kuala Lumpur International Airport), often called Subang Airport or Subang Skypark, is an airport located in Subang, Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. Subang International Airport served as Kuala Lumpur's main airport from 1965 to 1998, before the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang was opened.
