Sunset And Sunrise (film)
Sunset and Sunrise (Egyptian Arabic: غروب وشروق translit: ''Ghoroub wa Shorouq'') is 1970 Egyptian political film directed by Kamal El Sheikh. The film stars Soad Hosny, Salah Zulfikar, Rushdy Abaza and Mahmoud El-Meliguy. The film is listed in the Top 100 films in the history of the Egyptian cinema. Plot The events occur in early 1952 where secret patriotic organizations are rising all over the country. One of these organizations is headed by ''Amin Akef'' with the aim of overthrowing the King and his associates including ''Azmi Pasha'' the head of the political police. ''Amin'' is a pilot who has two best friends, ''Essam'' and Samir. ''Samir'' is married to ''Madiha'' who is the daughter of ''Azmi Pasha''. She imagines that she can live outside of her father's control, so she asks her husband to live alone outside the palace walls, but ''Azmi Pasha'' refuses. Mahmoud El-Meliguy
Mahmoud el-Meliguy ( arz, محمود المليجي, ; 22 December 1910 – 6 June 1983) was an Egyptian screenwriter and an actor of film, theater, and television. He started his career playing minor roles, but achieved stardom in the late 1930s. A popular and award-winning actor, he has acted in hundreds of films and was famous for his evil, villain roles. Career El-Meliguy is the descendant of an Egyptian family that took its name from the Egyptian city of Melieg in Monufia Governorate. He breakthrough role came when Mohamed Abdel Wahab chose him to star in the film ''Lastu Mallak'' (''I'm Not an Angel''). He was paid 900 Egyptian pounds and quickly achieved stardom. People praised him for the villain role he played in that film, and film critics described him as “the wickedness of cinema”. Soad Hosny
System of a Down (also known as SoaD or simply System) is an Armenian-American heavy metal band formed in Glendale, California, in 1994.
