Sunkanmi
Olasunkanmi Rehanat Alonge (born 2 June 1987), better known by her stage name Sunkanmi, is a Nigerian songwriter and singer; Sunkanmi rose to recognition in 2015 when she released "For Body", a song which had her enlisting the collaborative effort of a popular Nigerian musician by name Olamide. She is currently signed to Hit The Ground Records under which she has released numerous singles. Early life and education Sunkanmi is an alumna of Olabisi Onabanjo University, where she studied Geophysics. Musical career While in her second year in school, Sunkanmi had her first recording. In mid-2015, through the help of her producer, she got to meet Olamide. The meeting led to the creation of a song titled ''For Body''. Sunkanmi signed on with Hit The Ground Running Entertainment. Olabisi Onabanjo University
Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye is a state owned and operated university located in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. The university was founded on 7 July 1982 as Ogun State University (OSU) and was renamed Olabisi Onabanjo University on 29 May 2001, in honour of Chief (Dr.) Olabisi Onabanjo, whose efforts as the then civilian governor of Ogun State gave birth to the university. Meanwhile, many students still refer to the institution as OSU, an acronym for the former name. The university had a total output of 10,291 graduates and 1,697 postgraduates. Olabisi Onabanjo University has multiple campuses. The Main Campus in Ago-Iwoye is popularly called Permanent Site (PS) by the students and a Mini Campus which was the home of the Faculty of Science till it was moved to the permanent site in January 2013. 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards
The 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards was the 10th edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Wizkid won the most awards while Olamide received the most nominations with three across 39 award categories. Kiss Daniel won the Best New Act to Watch award while Praiz won the Best R&B Act award after he toppled the likes of Banky W, Chidinma, Seyi Shay, Timi Dakolo and Shaydee. Aramide (musician)
Aramide is a Nigerian Afro-soul singer and songwriter. She won Best Vocal Performance (Female) for "Iwo Nikan" at the Headies 2015. She graduated with a political science degree from the University of Jos.
