Sunan Shuofang International Airport is an airport serving the cities of Wuxi and Suzhou in southern Jiangsu Province, China (Sunan meaning "Southern Jiangsu" in Chinese). It is located in in Xinwu District, southeast of Wuxi and northwest of Suzhou. The airport was built in 1955 for military use, and commercial flights only started in 2004. Formerly called Wuxi Shuofang Airport, it took the current name in November 2010 and is now co-owned by the governments of Wuxi, Suzhou, and Jiangsu Province. Air Travel is a Chinese airline operating domestic flights from its Kunming Changshui International Airport hub in Yunnan Province. The airline launched operations in May 2016 as Hongtu Airlines and rebranded to "Air Travel" in 2018. The airline moved to Hunan in 2020. Zhuhai Jinwan Airport , also called Zhuhai Sanzao Airport () before January 10, 2013, is the airport serving the city of Zhuhai in Guangdong province, China. Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport () is an airport serving Zhangjiajie, Hunan, People's Republic of China . The airport is located in Huhua village in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie. It is the second largest airport in Hunan, after Changsha Huanghua Airport, and the only international airport in the Wuling Mountains region. Yibin Wuliangye Airport
Yibin Wuliangye Airport is a dual-use public and military airport serving the city of Yibin in southern Sichuan province, China. Opened in December 2019, it replaced the older Yibin Caiba Airport. The airport is named after Wuliangye, a locally made liquor that is one of the most famous ''baijiu'' brands in China. Overview The airport received approval from the State Council of China in May 2012. It occupies an area of 4,500 '' mu'' (300 ha) in Zongchang Town (宗场), Cuiping District, northwest of the city center. Yantai Penglai International Airport is an airport serving the city of Yantai in Shandong Province, China. It is located from the city center, near the town of Chaoshui in Penglai, a county-level city administered by Yantai. Construction officially started on 26 December 2009, and the airport was opened on 28 May 2015, when all flights serving Yantai were transferred from the old Laishan Airport. The first flight, China Eastern Airlines MU5136, landed at the airport from Beijing at 00:05 on 28 May. Xining Caojiabao International Airport , also called Caojiapu Airport, is an airport serving Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, China. It is located in Huzhu County, Haidong, on the Tibetan Plateau about east of downtown Xining. The airport began operation in 1991, and in October 2011 a new 3,800 meter long runway was built to replace the old one. History The first airport of Xining was located west of the current airport near the town of Lejiawan. Built on orders of warlord Ma Bufang in 1931, it started limited civilian use in 1933.
