Sukhdev Singh Kang
Sukhdev Singh Kang ( 15 May 1931 – 12 October 2012) was the fourteenth Governor of Kerala from 25 January 1997 to 18 April 2002. He served as a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court from 19 February 1979 till 23 October 1989 and was subsequently promoted and transferred as the Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, a post he held from 24 October 1989 to 14 May 1993. During his tenure E K Nayanar and A K Antony were the Chief Ministers of Kerala. Following his stint as the Governor of Kerala, he was appointed a member of the National Human Rights Commission 1993. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa (born 9 April 1936) is a member of the Rajya Sabha. He is the President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt), which is formed by the merger of Shiromani Akali Dal (Democratic) and Shiromani Akali Dal (Taksali) led by he and Ranjit Singh Brahampura respectively. He used to be a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal political party until tensions rose inside the SAD Political Party. He was previously a member of 14th Lok Sabha of India, representing the Sangrur constituency of Punjab. He has been awarded the Padma Bhushan in the awards list of 26 January 2019. Jathedar Sukhdev Singh Babbar (9 August 1955 − 9 August 1992) was the co-leader of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), a Sikh terrorist organization involved in the pursuit of creating a theocratic Sikh nation they call "Khalistan" and found responsible for the 1985 bombing of Air India Flight 182. BKI was founded by Talwinder Singh Parmar, himself, and Amarjit Kaur. He commanded BKI continuously for 14 years until he was killed in 1992.He was a member of the AKJ. Sukhdev Singh (born 21 September 1991) born in Hoshiarpur, Punjab is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Mohun Bagan in the I-League. Career Minerva He made his debut for Minerva on 25 November 2017 in I-League match against Mohun Bagan at Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana as he played full match as his team drew match 1-1. Sukhdev Singh (Subedar)
Subedar Sukhdev Singh, SM was a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in the Indian Army. He served in the 16 Grenadiers battalion. On 5th October 2021, he was killed in action during a cross-border firing at Nowshera Sector in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir. He was posthumously awarded the Sena Medal.
