Sueli Correa Costa (25 July 1943 – 3 March 2023) was a Brazilian singer-songwriter and composer. Biography Born in Rio de Janeiro into a family of musicians, Costa grew up in Juiz de Fora, started playing the piano at the age of four, and learned to play the guitar by herself at the age of 15. She started her career as a composer in 1960 with the bossa-nova song "Balãozinho", and had her breakout in 1967, composing for Nara Leão the hit song "Por exemplo você". Among artists who recorded songs composed by her were Maria Bethânia, Elis Regina, Raimundo Fagner, Gal Costa, Cauby Peixoto, Ney Matogrosso, Simone, Ivan Lins, Fátima Guedes, Ithamara Koorax, Nana Caymmi, Joanna, Fafá de Belém. Costa began her professional career as a singer in 1975 with the album ''Sueli Costa'' which included the hits "Dentro de Mim Mora um Anjo" and "Coração Ateu". Lúcia Maria Werner Viana (born March 9, 1953), better known as Lucinha Lins, is a Brazilian actress and singer-songwriter. Career Lucinha became first known by the public in the 1979 Rede Globo series ''Plantão de Polícia'', pioneer in issues such as homosexuality and drug traffic on the Brazilian television. Abel Silva is a Brazilian poet, composer, and lyricist best known for his books of poetry including "Berro em Surdina" and his collaborations as a lyricist with Sueli Costa, João Donato, Dominguinhos, João Bosco, Fagner, Moraes Moreira and Roberto Menescal. Nana Caymmi
Nana Caymmi (b. Dinahir Tostes Caymmi, April 29, 1941) is a Brazilian singer. Caymmi was born in Rio de Janeiro, the daughter of Dorival Caymmi and Stella Maris. Her first appearance on record was on her father's album ''Acalanto''. She married Venezuelan doctor Gilberto Aponte Paoli and moved there in 1959. She and her husband divorced in 1966, at which time she moved back to Rio. At this time, she became involved with the Tropicalia movement; she became romantically involved with Gilberto Gil, whom she married in 1967 and divorced the year thereafter.
