Subjectivist (horse)
Subjectivist (foaled 30 March 2017) is a British Thoroughbred racehorse best known for his performances over extended distances. As a two-year-old he showed some promise, winning one minor race from seven attempts as well as finishing runner-up in the Listed Stonehenge Stakes. In the following year he won the Listed Glasgow Stakes, the Group 3 March Stakes as well as being placed in the King George V Stakes and the Gordon Stakes before ending his season with a Group 1 victory in the Prix Royal Oak. As a four-year-old he won the Dubai Gold Cup and the Ascot Gold Cup Background Subjectivist is a bay horse with a small white star bred in England by Mascalls Stud. Teofilo (horse)
Teofilo (foaled 2004) is a retired Irish Thoroughbred racehorse and active stallion. In a racing career that lasted only four months in 2006 he became the European Champion Two-Year-Old of 2006, and retired undefeated after five starts. He won two Group One races: the National Stakes in Ireland and the Dewhurst Stakes in England. He was made favourite for both the 2000 Guineas and The Derby but suffered a knee injury in April 2007 which ended his racing career. He is currently standing at stud in County Kildare. Horse Markings
Markings on horses are usually distinctive white areas on an otherwise dark base coat color. Most horses have some markings, and they help to identify the horse as a unique individual. Markings are present at birth and do not change over the course of the horse's life. Most markings have pink skin underneath most of the white hairs, though a few faint markings may occasionally have white hair with no underlying pink skin. Markings may appear to change slightly when a horse grows or sheds its winter coat, however this difference is simply a factor of hair coat length; the underlying pattern does not change. Happy Clapper (foaled 25 October 2010) is a retired multiple Group 1 winning Australian bred thoroughbred racehorse. He is also remembered for running second on 5 occasions behind champion race mare Winx. Racing career Happy Clapper raced as a 2 year old and 3 year old without success. Pleascach (foaled 6 February 2012) is an Irish Thoroughbred racehorse whose wins included the Irish 1000 Guineas and the Yorkshire Oaks. Bred and trained by Jim Bolger she showed promise in two starts as a two-year-old in 2015, finishing fourth in a Group Three race on her debut and then winning a maiden race. In the spring of 2016 she finished second on her first appearance, won the Blue Wind Stakes and then defeated Found in the Irish 1000 Guineas. In summer she was beaten by Curvy in the Ribblesdale Stakes and disappointed in the Pretty Polly Stakes before returning from a lengthy absence to win the Yorkshire Oaks. Trading Leather (20 March 2010 – 30 November 2014) was an Irish Thoroughbred racehorse best known for winning the 2013 Irish Derby. The horse died following an injury sustained in the 2014 Japan Cup. Middleham is an English market town and civil parish in the Richmondshire district of North Yorkshire.
