Subaru Sumeragi
is the fictional protagonist of Clamp's manga series ''Tokyo Babylon''. The head of the , Subaru is a young ''onmyōji'' in charge of exorcising demons and helping spirits reach the afterlife, while living with his twin sister Hokuto and love interest Seishiro Sakurazuka. Following the events of ''Tokyo Babylon'', an adult Subaru appears in the 1993 live-action film ''Tokyo Babylon 1999'' investigating a murder case. He becomes one of mankind's seven protectors in Clamp's series '' X'', and Seishiro is his new rival. Subaru's fate in the battle of the end of the world has differed across ''X''s multiple animated adaptations. An alternate version of the character appears in Clamp's crossover series, '' Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle''. Tokyo Babylon
, also known as ''Tokyo Babylon: A Save Tokyo City Story'', is a Japanese manga series created by mangaka group Clamp. The series follows Subaru Sumeragi, the head of the Sumeragi clan, and his sister Hokuto, as they work to protect Tokyo from a myriad of supernatural perils while living with a man named Seishiro Sakurazuka. Shinshokan serialized it in ''South'' and ''Wings'' ''shōjo'' manga magazines from 1990 to 1993, and it was collected in seven ''tankōbon'' volumes. Tokyopop first distributed the English-language version of the manga; this is now handled by Dark Horse Comics. The series is based on a self-written work, ''dōjinshi'', writer Nanase Ohkawa created. Onmyōdō
is a system of natural science, astronomy, almanac, divination and Magic (supernatural), magic that developed independently in Japan based on the Chinese philosophies of yin and yang and Wuxing (Chinese philosophy), wuxing (five elements). The philosophy of yin and yang and wu xing was introduced to Japan at the beginning of the 6th century, and, influenced by Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, evolved into the earliest system of ''Onmyōdō'' around the late 7th century. Cardcaptor Sakura
, abbreviated as ''CCS'', is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by the manga group Clamp. Serialized monthly in the ''shōjo'' manga magazine ''Nakayoshi'' from May 1996 to June 2000, it was also published in 12 ''tankōbon'' volumes by Kodansha between November 1996 and July 2000. The Subaru Leone is a compact car produced by the Japanese car manufacturer Subaru from 1971 to 1994. The word ''leone'' is Italian for lion. It was released as a replacement for the Subaru 1000 and was the predecessor of the Subaru Impreza. All Leones were powered by the Subaru EA boxer engine. Most cars were equipped with optional four-wheel drive. At the time of its introduction, the Leone was Subaru's top model until 1989, when the larger Legacy was introduced. Elves

Nanase Ohkawa
is a member of the all-female manga-creating team CLAMP. She is the director of the team and is primarily responsible for writing the stories and scripts for CLAMP's various works. As part of CLAMP's 15th Anniversary, each of the four members changed their names reportedly because they wanted to try out the new monikers. Ohkawa changed her name to in 2004.
