Stuart Yule
Stuart Yule (born 17 March 1976 in South Africa) is a Scottish rugby union strength and conditioning coach with the Scotland international rugby union side. He was previously a coach at Glasgow Warriors. He previously was a weightlifter and represented Scotland at the sport at the 1998 and 2002 Commonwealth Games. Weightlighting Yule was 9 times the Scottish weightlifting champion from 1994 to 2002. Yule competed in the under 105 kg category in weightlifting. He represented Scotland in two Commonwealth Games; in 1998 and 2002. Strongest man competitions He was Scotland's strongest man in the under 90 kg category in 2011. Glasgow Warriors
Glasgow Warriors are a professional rugby union side from Scotland. The team plays in the United Rugby Championship league and in the European Professional Club Rugby tournaments. In the 2014–15 season they won the Pro12 title and became the first Scottish team to win a major trophy in rugby union's professional era. The side is known for its fast, dynamic and attacking style of play, using offloads and quick rucks. Defensively the club prides itself on its 'Fortress Scotstoun' where the club play at home. Scotland National Rugby Union Team
The Scotland national rugby union team represents Scotland in men's international rugby union and is administered by the Scottish Rugby Union. The team takes part in the annual Six Nations Championship and participates in the Rugby World Cup, which takes place every four years. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The ''snatch'' is a wide-grip lift, in which the weighted barbell is lifted overhead in one motion.
