Strikeforce are a team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team first appears in ''Strikeforce'' #1 (September 2019) and was created by writer Tini Howard and artist Germán Peralta. Critics have described the series as Marvel's answer to ''Justice League Dark''. Publication history Marvel Comics announced the series in June 2019: "Doing the dirty jobs the Avengers and other Marvel heroes can’t do! Angela, Blade, Spider-Woman, Wiccan, the Winter Soldier, Monica Rambeau, and Daimon Hellstrom join forces for a monsterrific bloodbath from the dark mind of rising star Tini Howard. Mike Deodato
Mike Deodato (; born May 23, 1963), sometimes credited as Mike Deodato Jr., is the professional pseudonym of Brazilian comic book artist Deodato Taumaturgo Borges Filho. Early life Mike Deodato was born on May 23, 1963 in Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brazil. He is the son of comic artist Deodato Borges. Career One of Deodato's first works was a 1993 photo-realistic comic book adaptation of the television series ''Beauty and the Beast'' published by Innovation Publishing. Deodato became famous in the North American comic book industry for his work with writer William Messner-Loebs on ''Wonder Woman'', during which he co-created the character Artemis of Bana-Mighdall. After his Wonder Woman project he had a short stint as the penciller of ''Thor'', where he worked firstly with writer Warren Ellis and then again with writer William Messner-Loebs. She-Hulk
She-Hulk (Jennifer "Jen" Walters) is a fictional Character (arts), character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist John Buscema, she first appeared in ''The Savage She-Hulk'' #1 (cover-dated February 1980 in comics, 1980). Walters is a lawyer who, after an injury, received an emergency blood transfusion from her cousin, Hulk, Bruce Banner, and acquired a milder version of his Hulk condition. As such, Walters becomes a large, powerful, green-hued version of herself. Unlike Banner she largely retains her personality, in particular the majority of her intelligence and emotional control. Like Hulk, she is still susceptible to outbursts of anger and becomes much stronger when enraged. Secret Invasion
"Secret Invasion" is a comic book crossover storyline that ran through a self-titled eight-issue limited series and several tie-in books published by Marvel Comics from April through December 2008. The story involves a subversive, long-term invasion of Earth by the Skrulls, a group of alien shapeshifters who have secretly replaced many superheroes in the Marvel Universe with impostors over a period of years, prior to the overt invasion. Marvel's promotional tagline for the event was "Who do you trust?". A six-episode television miniseries based on the storyline and produced by Marvel Studios as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is scheduled to be released in 2023 on Disney+. Patricia "Patsy" Walker is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stuart Little and Ruth Atkinson, Patsy Walker first appeared in ''Miss America Magazine'' #2 (November 1944), published by Marvel precursor Timely Comics, and became Hellcat in '' The Avengers'' #144 (February 1976).
