Streetball Kosova
Streetball Kosova is a traditional streetball tournament held since 2000, organised in the amphitheatre of the swimming pool in Germia Park, Pristina, Kosovo. Streetball Kosova 2014 was the 15th edition in a row without any break. The interest for the games is large, hundreds of teams and thousands of players have participated. The teams are mixed and of different ages, and the games are viewed by a large number of people. Streetball Kosova 2005 was the first tournament ever to be organised in the seven major cities of Kosovo. Streetball Kosova 2006 was the first tournament ever to be organised in New York City, USA. In 2009 Streetball Kosova participated for the first time in the Prague International Streetball Cup in the Czech Republic. Streetball

Germia Park
Germia ( sq, Parku i Gërmisë, sr-cyr, Грмија) is a regional park located in the northeast of Prishtina, Kosovo, and covers an area of 62 square kilometres. This mountain massif is a part of the Rhodope Mountains, which lie from the Black Mountain of Skopje to Kopaonik mountains. Its highest point, Butos Peak, is 1050 meters above sea level and its lowest 663 meters above sea level. Due to its geographical position and climate conditions, Germia massif has a rich fauna with 63 species of animals and a variety of about 600 species of flora. Basketball Competitions In Kosovo
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket in diameter mounted high to a backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point line, when it is worth three. After a foul, timed play stops and the player fouled or designated to shoot a technical foul is given one, two or three one-point free throws.
