Stranger By Night
''Stranger by Night'' is a 1994 action film directed by Gregory Dark and starring Steven Bauer, Jennifer Rubin and William Katt. It was released on November 23, 1994. Plot Detective Bobby Corcoran and his partner, Detective Larson, are on the hunt for a vicious serial killer. As the murderous villain stalks the city streets leaving carnage in his wake, Corcoran begins to experience blackouts and sudden fits of anger. As the detectives pursue the case, they uncover evidence suggesting that one of them may be responsible for the mysterious deaths. Gregory Dark
Gregory Dark (born Gregory Hippolyte Brown on July 12, 1957, in Los Angeles) is an American film director, film producer, music video director, and screenwriter. Dark is an adult filmmaker who transitioned into directing Hollywood movies. He has also been credited as Alexander Hippolyte, Gregory Hippolyte, Gregory Brown, and as The Dark Brothers. Early career Dark began his career as a fine artist of both paintings and conceptual art and installations. After graduating with a Master of Fine Arts degree from Stanford University, he moved to New York City to pursue graduate studies in film at New York University. From the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s, Dark directed hardcore and Rated R films. His work from this period helped create the current "alt porn" genre as well as inventing the noir-romance genre of the erotic thriller. Gary Lee Davis (August 13, 1944 – October 13, 1997) was an American convicted murderer and rapist who was executed by the U.S. state of Colorado in 1997. He was the only person to be executed by the state of Colorado between 1968 and 2020; when Colorado abolished capital punishment. Early life Davis was born in Wichita, Kansas on August 13, 1944. Although raised by his mother, he later claimed to have suffered sexual abuse from an early age at the hands of his older stepbrothers. After dropping out of school in the ninth grade, Davis joined the United States Marine Corps in 1961; he married Tonya Ann Tatem; the couple had two sons before their divorce.
