Still ( ar, ﺳﻄﻴﻞ) (sometimes written Stile) is a town and commune in El M'Ghair District, El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 4,978, up from 3,545 in 1998, and an annual growth rate of 3.5%. Climate Still has a hot desert climate (Köppen climate classification ''BWh''), with very hot summers and mild winters. Rainfall is light and sporadic, and summers are particularly dry. Transportation Still is on the N3 which connects Biskra in the north to Touggourt in the south. Biskra ( ar, ولاية بسكرة) is a province (''wilaya'') of Algeria. The capital city is Biskra. Tolga is one of the famous ''daïras'' of this wilaya. Ouled Djellal is a town and commune in Biskra Province, Algeria. According to the 1998 census it has a population of 45,622. more recent census says it has over 66,000 people. It is the second biggest city in the state of Biskra because of its population and economics. Djelfa ( ar, الجلفة, link=no, al-Ǧilfah) is the capital city of Djelfa Province, Algeria and the site of ancient city and former bishopric Fallaba, which remains a Latin catholic titular see. El M'Ghair ( ar, اﻟﻤﻐﻴﺮ), also called El Meghaïer or Mhraïer, is a town and commune, and capital of El M'Ghair District and El M'Ghair Province, Algeria. According to the 1998 census it has a population of 49,793, up from 40,228 in 1998, and is the second largest town in the province after Djamaa. Its annual population growth rate is 2.2%. Oum Touyour ( ar, أم اﻟﻄﻴﻮر) (also written Oum Tiour or Oum Thiour) is a town and commune in El M'Ghair District, El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 11,069, up from 9,735 in 1998, with an annual growth rate of 1.3%, the lowest in the province. Hamraia ( ar, حمراية) is a town and commune in Reguiba District, El Oued Province, Algeria. According to the 2008 census it has a population of 5,172, up from 3,938 in 1998, with an annual growth rate of 2.8%.
