Stick Man (album)
''Stick Man'' is Tony Levin's sixth studio album published in 2007. The album showcases Levin's skills on the Chapman stick, as well as the electric bass and NS Upright bass. Most of the seventeen tracks are instrumental, though there are three songs with vocals by Levin. King Crimson bandmate Pat Mastelotto plays drums on eleven of the tracks. Tony Levin
Anthony Frederick Levin (born June 6, 1946) is an American musician and composer, specializing in electric bass, Chapman Stick and upright bass. He also sings and plays synthesizer. Levin is best known for his work with King Crimson (since 1981) and Peter Gabriel (since 1977). He is also a member of Liquid Tension Experiment (1997–1999, 2008–2009, 2020–present), Bruford Levin Upper Extremities (1998–2000) and HoBoLeMa (2008–2010). He has led his own band, Stick Men, since 2010. A prolific session musician since the 1970s, Levin has played on over 500 albums. Progressive Rock
Progressive rock (shortened as prog rock or simply prog; sometimes conflated with art rock) is a broad genre of rock music that developed in the United Kingdom and United States through the mid- to late 1960s, peaking in the early 1970s. Progressive Metal

Resonator (Tony Levin Album)
''Resonator'' is a 2006 album by Tony Levin. The album is significantly different from Levin's previous solo efforts mainly due to the introduction of lead vocals on most of the tracks as well as an overall more rock-oriented sound. The song "Utopia" originally appeared on an earlier Levin album ''Waters of Eden'' as an instrumental piece. The new version adds vocals and a guitar solo by Toto guitarist Steve Lukather. "Throw the God a Bone" features a guest performance by King Crimson singer/guitarist Adrian Belew. This was the first (and only as of November 2009) studio recording made to feature both Levin and Belew since the 1995 THRAK sessions. Chapman Stick
The Chapman Stick is an electric musical instrument devised by Emmett Chapman in the early 1970s. A member of the guitar family, the Chapman Stick usually has ten or twelve individually tuned strings and is used to play bass lines, melody lines, chords, or textures. Electric Upright Bass
The electric upright bass (EUB) is an instrument that can perform the musical function of a double bass. It requires only a minimal or 'skeleton' body to produce sound because it uses a pickup and electronic amplifier and loudspeaker. Therefore, a large resonating structure is not required to project the sound into the air. This minimal body greatly reduces the bulk and weight of the instrument. EUBs must always be connected to an amplifier and speaker cabinet to produce an adequate audible sound. The EUB retains enough of the features of the double bass so that double bass players are able to perform on it. Types There are two types: solid-body EUBs and hollowbody EUBs. King Crimson
King Crimson are a progressive rock band formed in 1968 in London, England. The band draws inspiration from a wide variety of music, incorporating elements of classical, jazz, folk, heavy metal, gamelan, industrial, electronic, experimental music and new wave. Pat Mastelotto
Lee Patrick Mastelotto (born September 10, 1955) is an American rock drummer and record producer. He has been a member of King Crimson, Stick Men, Mr. Mister and O.R.k., as well as working as a session drummer with XTC, The Pointer Sisters and The Rembrandts, among others. In addition, he has led or co-led other projects including Mastica, Tuner, TU and The Mastelottos. For King Crimson, he initially formed part of the "Double Trio" lineup from 1994 to 1997, working with Bill Bruford as part of a double-drumkit arrangement. Following Bruford's departure in 1997, Mastelotto remained with King Crimson, becoming their longest-serving drummer and working both solo and in various configurations with subsequent drummers Gavin Harrison, Bill Rieflin and Jeremy Stacey. Timothy Dow (born 9 September 1980) is a New Zealand former professional rugby union player. A Kaitaia College product, Dow was a hooker with considerable pace and try scoring abilities.
