Steven Okert
Steven Chandler Okert (born July 9, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the San Francisco Giants. Career Draft and minor leagues Okert graduated from Rowlett High School in Rowlett, Texas. Okert was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 43rd round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft out of Grayson County College, but did not sign and returned to Grayson. He was then drafted by the Brewers again in the 33rd round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft, 2011 Draft, but again did not sign and transferred to the University of Oklahoma. In his lone season for the Oklahoma Sooners baseball, Sooners, he appeared in 30 games with five starts, going 9–8 with a 3.07 earned run average (ERA) and 78 strikeouts. San Francisco Giants

Oklahoma Sooners Baseball
Oklahoma Sooners baseball is the NCAA Division I collegiate baseball team of the University of Oklahoma (OU) based in Norman, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Baseball tradition is long and storied, with two national championships in 1951 and 1994, along with numerous All-Americans. Dale Mitchell, Bobby Jack, Jackson Todd, Glen Castle, and Keith Drumright are two-time All-Americans to have played for the Sooners. Their home field is L. Dale Mitchell Baseball Park, named after the aforementioned Dale Mitchell. Sacramento River Cats
The Sacramento River Cats are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and are the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Prior to 2015, the River Cats were the Triple-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics for 15 years. They are based in West Sacramento, California, and play their home games at Sutter Health Park which opened in 2000 and was known as Raley Field through 2019. Sacramento was previously represented in the Pacific Coast League by the Solons, a charter member of the league which was founded in 1903. Three different versions of the Solons played in California's capital city in 1903, 1905, from 1909 to 1914, from 1918 to 1960, and from 1974 to 1976. Adam Joseph Liberatore (born May 12, 1987) is an American former professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Career Amateur Liberatore is of Italian descent and attended Quigley Catholic High School in Baden, Pennsylvania, for three years, and transferred to Blackhawk High School in Chippewa Township, Pennsylvania, for his senior year. He pitched 6 innings as a senior and graduated from Blackhawk in 2005. He played for the American Legion team after his senior year and the coach thought he was more comfortable in the outfield than at pitcher. The Richmond Flying Squirrels are a Minor League Baseball team based in Richmond, Virginia. The team, which is a part of the Eastern League, is the Double-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants major league club, and plays at The Diamond. Save (baseball)
In baseball, a save (abbreviated SV or S) is credited to a pitcher who finishes a game for the winning team under certain prescribed circumstances. Most commonly a pitcher earns a save by entering in the ninth inning of a game in which his team is winning by three or fewer runs and finishing the game by pitching one inning without losing the lead. The number of saves or percentage of save opportunities successfully converted are oft-cited statistics of relief pitchers, particularly those in the closer role. The save statistic was created by journalist Jerome Holtzman in 1959 to "measure the effectiveness of relief pitchers" and was adopted as an official Major League Baseball (MLB) statistic in 1969. The save has been retroactively tabulated for pitchers before that date. The San Jose Giants are a Minor League Baseball team of the California League and the Single-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Located in San Jose, California, the Giants play their home games at Excite Ballpark. Games San Jose Giants games are very much rooted in the older traditions of baseball. The Augusta GreenJackets are a Minor League Baseball team of the Carolina League and the Single-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. They play their home games at SRP Park in North Augusta, South Carolina, which opened in April 2018. They previously played at Lake Olmstead Stadium which had been the home of the GreenJackets from 1995 to 2017. The team is named after The Masters golf tournament held across the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia, where the winner receives a green jacket.
