Steven Casey
Steven Casey is a professor of international history at the London School of Economics. He is an expert on 20th-century American history and foreign policy. Biography Casey received his undergraduate degree from the University of East Anglia in 1994 before he moved to Oxford, where he completed an MPhil (Master of Philosophy) and a Ph.D. in International Relations as a Truman Scholar. Casey worked as a Junior Research Fellow and Tutor in Politics at Trinity College, Oxford, from 1998 to 2001. Casey has lectured at the London School of Economics since 2001. Casey has published numerous articles and books on the Korean War and World War II as well as contributing on radio and television programs for the American cable channel C-SPAN. Casey's primary research interests lie in US foreign policy after 1933 and the relationship between the US media and the military during World War II. A bracket is either of two tall fore- or back-facing punctuation marks commonly used to isolate a segment of text or data from its surroundings. Typically deployed in symmetric pairs, an individual bracket may be identified as a 'left' or 'right' bracket or, alternatively, an "opening bracket" or "closing bracket", respectively, depending on the Writing system#Directionality, directionality of the context. A year or annus is the orbital period of a planetary body, for example, the Earth, moving in its orbit around the Sun. David Welch is an academic historian specialising in the study of twentieth-century propaganda. He is Professor of Modern History and Director of the Centre for the Study of Propaganda and War at the University of Kent. Cull, Nicholas
Nicholas J. Cull (born 1964) is a historian and professor in the Master's in Public Diplomacy program at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California. He was the founding director of this program and ran it from 2005 to 2019. Career Cull earned both his B.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Leeds. As a graduate, he studied at Princeton University as a Harkness Fellow of the Commonwealth Fund of New York. From 1992 to 1997, he was Lecturer in American History at the University of Birmingham, and from 1997 to 2005, chair in American Studies and Director of the Centre for American Studies at the University of Leicester.
