Steve White (American Football)
Stephen Gregory White (October 25, 1973 – August 30, 2022) was an American professional football player who was a defensive end for seven seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets in the National Football League (NFL). He was later a football blogger for SB Nation. Playing career White attended Westwood High School in Memphis, Tennessee, and played for the school's football team as a linebacker. He enrolled at the University of Tennessee, where he played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers from 1992 to 1995 as a defensive end. He played in 40 games for the Volunteers, starting 21 games at right defensive end. White recorded 105 tackles, 20 sacks, and forced six fumbles with Tennessee. Steve White (born 2 January 1959 in Chipping Sodbury) is a retired professional football forward and manager. Playing career White's career spanned over 500 appearances for nine league clubs, including Bristol Rovers, Luton Town, Swindon Town and Cardiff City. He helped Swindon in several promotion campaigns and played a crucial role in the 1993 play-off victory over Leicester City at Wembley Stadium when he came off the bench to win a penalty. White is still held in great affection at the County Ground. His time at the club was notable for frequently straying offside, pulling his shorts up high and invariably scoring many goals. Steven Douglas White (b. 31 May 1965) is an English drummer who has worked extensively with Paul Weller and The Style Council among others. Musical career White was given a small drum as a child by his uncle and upon joining his local Boys' Brigade he began to learn his craft. As with White's bandmate Paul Weller, he was given full support from his parents who went out of their way to help their son develop. White spent his youth having lessons from the late George Scott of Wanstead and learning from recordings of Buddy Rich and Louis Bellson. White later took lessons with drumming teacher Bob Armstrong at Bob's Masterclass studio, then in Hornchurch, Essex. White complemented his work gigging with local bands with part-time work, spending any spare cash on updating his collection of jazz records. Steve White is an English musician and former member of the industrial band KMFDM, first joining the band in 2002 for the Sturm & Drang Tour, and later appearing on several live albums/DVDs and the studio albums ''Hau Ruck'', '' Tohuvabohu'' and ''Blitz'' . Previously he was a member of PIG, the project of fellow KMFDM contributor Raymond Watts. He worked on ''Sick'' (an album of Sow) together with other members of KMFDM. He is also known for his work remixing for other artists, such as Mindless Self Indulgence, Nude, and Pig. White resides in Seattle, Washington along with other members of the band. Steve White (born Stephen Gaylord Goorabian, sometimes spelled "Gailord"; November 20, 1925 – December 21, 2005) was an American jazz saxophonist based in Los Angeles who recorded in the 1950s for Nocturne, Pacific Jazz, and Atlantic. Stephen W. "Steve" White (born April 13, 1949 in Sacramento, California) is a Judge of the Sacramento County Superior Court. He served as Presiding Judge for 2010 and 2011. He was appointed to the bench in 2003 by Governor Gray Davis.
