Steve Shafer
Stephen Edward Shafer (born December 8, 1940) was a Canadian football player who played for the BC Lions. He won the Grey Cup with them in 1964. He played college football at Utah State University and was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 1963 NFL draft. The BC Lions are a professional Canadian football team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Lions compete in the West Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and play their home games at BC Place.
