Steve Reick
Steven "Steve" Reick ( ) is an American politician. He is currently a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 63rd district since January 2017. The district, located in the McHenry area, includes all or parts of Harvard, Marengo, Woodstock, Bull Valley, Wonder Lake, Illinois, Greenwood, McHenry, Fox Lake, Spring Grove, Johnsburg and Lakemoor. Early life and education Reick was born and raised in Kankakee, Illinois, graduating from Herscher High School in 1971. Being the first person in his family to attend college, he graduated from University of Illinois in 1975 with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy and went on to earn a Juris Doctor and a master's degree in Accountancy and Taxation from the University of Georgia in 1980. The State Board of Elections (SBE) is an independent agency of the U.S. state of Illinois. The SBE, as an acronym, refers both to the eight-member bipartisan board of directors and to the agency that it oversees.
