Steve Potts (footballer)
Steven John Potts (born 7 May 1967) is an English football coach and former professional footballer who is the assistant coach of West Ham United under-23s. As a player, he was a defender notably in the Premier League for West Ham United where he made 399 league appearances, scoring 1 goal over a seventeen-year spell at Upton Park. He retired in 2003 following a spell with non-league side Dagenham & Redbridge in what was the only season during his career that he did not play for West Ham. He also represented the England national team eleven times at youth level. Following retirement, Potts has held a variety of coaching roles at the West Ham academy including head coach of the U16, U18 and U21 teams. Career Potts started his career at West Ham United as an apprentice in 1983, making his first appearance against Queens Park Rangers on 1 January 1985. Hartford, Connecticut
Hartford is the capital city of the U.S. state of Connecticut. It was the seat of Hartford County until Connecticut disbanded county government in 1960. Daniel Potts (footballer)
Daniel Potts (born 13 April 1994) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left-back or centre-back for club Luton Town. He was capped by the United States under-20 team and the England under-18, under-19 and under-20 teams. Club career West Ham United Born in Barking, Greater London, Potts joined West Ham United aged nine and signed as a scholar in May 2010. He made his reserve team debut away to Wolverhampton Wanderers on 27 April 2011, and his senior debut on 17 December in a 1–0 victory at home to Barnsley, just one day after signing a two-and-a-half-year professional contract with the club. He received the Young Hammer of the Year award in May 2012 after making four appearances in 2011–12, in which West Ham were promoted back to the Premier League after a 2–1 win over Blackpool in the 2012 Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
