Steve Clifton (footballer)
Stephen Clifton (born 27 May 1987) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League (AFL). Clifton, who played his junior football with Lake Wendouree before graduating to the North Ballarat Rebels and then the North Ballarat Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). In 2010 he tied with Shane Valenti of Port Melbourne to win the J. J. Liston Trophy. He was recruited by in the 2011 rookie draft, with the first pick. Clifton made his debut in round 16, 2012, against at Sydney Showground Stadium. After five games he was delisted at the end of the season. He returned to North Ballarat and in 2013 he won his second J. J. North Ballarat Football & Netball Club, nicknamed ''The Roosters'', is an Australian rules football and netball club based at Mars Stadium in Ballarat. The club currently fields senior, reserve and Under 19 sides in the Ballarat Football League. Between 1996 and 2017, North Ballarat competed in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Mitch Hallahan
Mitch Hallahan (born 23 August 1992) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played with the Hawthorn Football Club and Gold Coast Suns in the Australian Football League (AFL). AFL career Hallahan was an all round junior sportsman, he learnt to box in a Rye gym. He won a state title in the Victorian cadet boxing championships. Hallahan was a co-captain of the Dandenong Stingrays team in the TAC Cup in 2010, but an ankle injury during the season caused a drop-off in form. Hawthorn (2011–2014) Hallahan was drafted by with the 38th selection in the 2010 AFL Draft, and continued to struggle with his ankle injury during the 2011 season. Box Hill Hawks Football Club is an Australian rules football club playing in the Victorian Football League. It has an alliance with the Hawthorn Football Club, which plays in the Australian Football League. The 2012 AFL season was the 116th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989.
