Sterling Roswell
Sterling Roswell (also known as Rosco) is a British multi-instrumentalist and artist, a former member of Spacemen 3. Career Roswell joined Spacemen 3 in 1987 as drummer, and performed on the studio album ''The Perfect Prescription'' (1987) and subsequent live album ''Performance'' (1988). After leaving Spacemen 3, he joined The Darkside in 1989—alongside Spacemen 3 bandmate Pete Bain—and recorded three albums with the band. He then moved to Rome, Italy, where he worked with film-maker Massimo Di Felice. He subsequently relocated to London and released an AAA-associated 'space pop' single on the 'Mint' label subsidiary of Jungle Records. In 2004 he issued the solo album ''the Psychedelic Ubik'' under his own name on Mint/Jungle Records. Rugby is a market town in eastern Warwickshire, England, close to the River Avon. In the 2021 census its population was 78,125, making it the second-largest town in Warwickshire. It is the main settlement within the larger Borough of Rugby which has a population of 114,400 (2021). Martin Belmont (born 21 December 1948) is an English rock and country-blues guitarist, best known for being a founding member of Graham Parker & The Rumour. Life and career Belmont was born in Bromley, Kent, England. After working as a roadie for Brinsley Schwarz, in 1972 he formed Ducks Deluxe, issuing two albums on RCA. Tres Chicas are an alternative country group from Raleigh, North Carolina. History Blakey and Cary met in 1997 when Glory Fountain shared a bill with Whiskeytown. Blakey met Lamm when she attended a Hazeldine show in Chapel Hill, and soon all three were friends. They first began singing together in 1999; their first performance was an impromptu singalong at an Alejandro Escovedo show in a Raleigh bar.Tres Chicasat Allmusic.com Their name was bestowed upon them by the owner of the bar after the performance. They occasionally performed live, and recorded some of their material more for historical interest than with the intent of releasing it. Geraint Meurig Vaughan Watkins (born 5 February 1951) is a Welsh singer, songwriter, rock and roll pianist and accordionist. He has backed many notable artists, including Nick Lowe, Dave Edmunds, Van Morrison, Mark Knopfler, Paul McCartney, Roy St. John, Shakin' Stevens and most recently Status Quo. The Seeds
The Seeds were an American psychedelic garage rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1965, best known for their highest charting single "Pushin' Too Hard". The band's classic line-up featured frontman Sky Saxon, guitarist Jan Savage (born Buck Jan Reeder), keyboardist Daryl Hooper and drummer Rick Andridge. In 1968, the band changed their name to ''Sky Saxon and the Seeds'', with Savage and Andridge departing the band. They went on to release a handful of additional singles, with Hooper also departing at some point before splitting up in circa 1972.
