Annuska Johanna Maria 'Anouska' van der Zee (born 5 April 1976 in Utrecht) is a retired Dutch racing cyclist. She participated both on track and at the road. Van der Zee represented the Netherlands at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens where she took part in the road race, but did not reach the finish. After the Olympics she ended her career. Eleonora Maria "Ellen" van Dijk (; born 11 February 1987) is a Dutch professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . Besides road cycling she was also a track cyclist until 2012. Van Dijk is known as a time trial specialist and is five times world champion. She won her first world title on the track in the scratch race in 2008. She became Road World Champion in 2012, 2013 and 2016 with her respective trade teams in the team time trial and in 2013 also in the individual time trial. In 2015, she won the time trial at the first European Games and the silver medal in the team time trial at the world championships. Van Dijk started as a speed skater and as part of her skating training she undertook cycling as part of cross-training in summer. She excelled at both, competing nationally at junior level. Linda Melanie Villumsen Serup (born 9 April 1985) is a Danish-born road racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Women's Team . Villumsen became a New Zealand citizen in 2009 and has ridden under a Kiwi licence from 2010. Career Born in Herning, Villumsen won the European under 23 time trial championship in 2006 and 2007. She was Danish national champion in both road racing and time trialing in 2006, 2008 and 2009. In 2006, Cycling World named her their Cyclist of the Year. Katherine (Katey) Bates (born 18 May 1982 in Sydney) is a former Australian track and road cyclist. A multiple national champion, Bates rode as a professional since 2002. Katey's career highlights included Australian Road Race Champion in 2006, World Points Race Champion in 2007 and Commonwealth Games champion in 2002 and 2006. Loes Gunnewijk (born 27 November 1980 in Groenlo) is a Dutch former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2004 and 2015. Gunnewijk was a member of the Dutch national team together with Ellen van Dijk, Marianne Vos and Annemiek van Vleuten in the road race at the 2012 Summer Olympics where Vos won the gold medal. Gunnewijk announced her retirement from the sport in May 2015, subsequently completing the Union Cycliste Internationale's Sports Directors Diploma course in November 2015. Between May and the end of 2016, Gunnewijk joined her old cycling team as a trainee directeur sportif. Since 2017, Gunnewijk has been the head junior women's coach and assistant para-cycling coach for the Dutch cycling national federation KNWU. Maria Wilhelmina Johanna "Mirjam" Melchers-Van Poppel (born 26 September 1975 in Arnhem, Gelderland) is a female former racing cyclist from the Netherlands, married to former sprinter Jean-Paul van Poppel. She was one of the leading cyclists in the world, having held the UCI number one ranking as well as winning highly rated races. She was a one-day specialist but has managed smaller stage races. In 2003, she won the GP Feminas Castilla y Leon round of the World Cup and finished third overall in the series behind Nicole Cooke and German sprinter Regina Schleicher. Melchers also finished first in the Damesronde van Drenthe and the Emakumeen Bira, before bringing her season to a close with a silver medal at the world championship road race in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
