Stephen O'Halloran
Stephen Edward O'Halloran (born 29 November 1987) is an Irish former footballer who retired from football in May 2022. He finished his playing career as a defender for Stalybridge Celtic in the NLS. He began his professional career in the Premier League with Aston Villa and has earned two full international caps for the Republic of Ireland. Following two serious cruciate ligament injuries during his time at Villa Park he left the club without making a first team appearance. O'Halloran went on to play professional football with Coventry City in 2010–11 and Carlisle United in 2011–12 before moving into semi-professional football in 2012. O'Halloran has gone on to play for Nuneaton Town, Stockport County, Salford City and FC United of Manchester during his NLS career. He is also a qualified physiotherapist having graduated from the University of Salford in 2016. Cobh
Cobh ( ,), known from 1849 until 1920 as Queenstown, is a seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland. With a population of around 13,000 inhabitants, Cobh is on the south side of Great Island in Cork Harbour and home to Ireland's only dedicated cruise terminal. 2006–07 Football League Cup
The 2006–07 Football League Cup (known as the Carling Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 47th staging of the Football League Cup, a knock-out competition for the top 92 football clubs played in English football league system. The competition name reflects a sponsorship deal with lager brand Carling. The competition began in August 2006 and ended with the final on 25 February 2007. The Millennium Stadium in Cardiff hosted the final, as the reconstruction of Wembley Stadium could not be completed in time to host the final. James Collins (footballer, Born 1983)
James Michael Collins (born 23 August 1983) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a defender. He started his career with Cardiff City, progressing through the club's youth system before making his senior debut in 2000. He also played for two periods with West Ham. At international level, Collins represented the Wales national football team, making his debut in 2004. He went on to win 51 caps before announcing his international retirement in 2017. Collins was included in the Great Britain Olympic football team shortlist for the London 2012 Olympics, but he did not make the final 18. The Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) is the trade union for professional association footballers in England and Wales.
