Stephen Molumphy
Stephen Molumphy (born 11 January 1984) is an Irish former hurler with Waterford senior hurling team and currently manager of the Kerry senior hurling team. He played for Waterford Senior Championship club Ballyduff Upper and was a member of the Waterford senior hurling team for nine seasons, during which time he usually lined out in midfield or as a left wing-forward. Playing career St. Colman's College Molumphy first came to prominence as a hurler with St. Colman's College in Fermoy. He played in every grade of hurling and enjoyed success by winning a Dean Ryan Cup medal before eventually joining the college's senior hurling team. On 25 March 2001, Molumphy was part of the team when St. Colman's College defeated St. Flannan's College from Ennis by 2–12 to 0–15 to win the Harty Cup. The Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT; ga, Institiúid Teicneolaíochta Luimnigh) was an institute of technology, located in Limerick, Ireland. The institute had five campuses that were located in Limerick, Thurles, Clonmel, as well as a regional learning centre in Ennis. The Laois County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) ( ga, Cumann Luthchleas Gael Coiste Laois) or Laois GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Laois. James Murray (hurler)
James Murray (born 1979) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays hurling with his local club Tallow and with the Waterford senior inter-county team. Career Club Murray has played with his local club, Tallow from a young age. His greatest achievement with the club was in winning the Waterford Minor Hurling Championship in 1997. As well as playing with Tallow, Murray has represented St. Colmans of Fermoy, winning the Dr. Harty Cup and at collegic level, with UCC in the Fitzgibbon Cup winning two titles, and has also won a North American Championship with the Harry Bolands Chicago in 1999. The 2005 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship was the 42nd staging of the All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county hurling tournament for players under the age of twenty-one. The 2002 All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship was the 72nd staging of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship. The championship began on 14 April 2002 and ended on 8 September 2002. Cork entered the championship as defending champions, however, they were defeated by Galway in the All-Ireland quarter-final. On 8 September 2002, Kilkenny won the championship after a 3-15 to 1-07 defeat of Tipperary in the All-Ireland final at Croke Park. Ballygunner GAA (nicknamed "The Gunners") is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club located in the parish of St Mary's Ballygunner in Waterford City, Ireland. The are the current All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship title holders. The club, which is exclusively concerned with hurling, is one of the most successful in Waterford.
