Stephen Lang (writer)
Stephen Lang (born July 11, 1952) is an American actor. He is known for roles in films such as ''Manhunter (film), Manhunter'' (1986), ''Gettysburg (1993 film), Gettysburg'' and ''Tombstone (film), Tombstone'' (both 1993), ''Gods and Generals (film), Gods and Generals'' (2003), ''Public Enemies (2009 film), Public Enemies'' and ''The Men Who Stare at Goats (film), The Men Who Stare at Goats'' (both 2009), ''Conan the Barbarian (2011 film), Conan the Barbarian'' (2011) and ''Don't Breathe'' (2016). He became famous for his role as the main antagonist Miles Quaritch, Colonel Miles Quaritch in James Cameron's ''Avatar (2009 film), Avatar'' (2009), for which he won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance. Lang reprised the role in the sequel ''Avatar: The Way of Water'' (2022).
