Stephen Louis Bali is an Australian politician. He has been a Labor member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly since 14 October 2017, representing the seat of Blacktown since a by-election held to replace former Labor leader John Robertson. Bali was elected to Blacktown City Council Blacktown City Council is a local government area in Western Sydney, situated on the Cumberland Plain, approximately west of the Sydney central business district, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
